THUT by Dani came out of a passion for fitness and humor. The Fitness Tips and the groovy tanks (no longer for sale) are to inspire and motivate people to move!
As a Pilates instructor, I know the method’s profound effects on the body and mind. I began using the word THUT to help clients find (and feel) their hamstrings–just below their backside. The THUT is a hard to reach place where the Thigh and the Butt meet.
We can all use a lift, be it professional or personal. Let’s move, be fit, and laugh while we do it. When a THUT is lifted, so are our spirits. It’s true. I’ve fallen down many times in my life, and each time, I lifted myself up and started over. It’s the same thing with the THUT. It falls, we lift it!
What better way to feel confident and laugh at the same time than with the THUT?! Seriously, if you have a better way, let me know because I’m exhausted.
